Community Foundation

Mission statement:

• To support the Carmel Valley Trail & Saddle Club, a 501c7 corp as a fundraising arm through donations and bequeaths as well as accepting revenues generated by non-equestrian activities.
• To create a fundraising base through events and other activities that are not directly related to equestrian events.
• To be for the charitable use of the Carmel Valley Trail & Saddle Club premises by the many charitable, educational, community service organizations of the Carmel Valley and the Monterey Peninsula.
• For the promotion of the equestrian lifestyle, and the proper care and training of horses; within the meaning of Section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code.
